"We chose this hotel for opening day. We had to store our luggage all day and go to the game without getting into our room. I didn’t receive a call to let us know it was ready until 6pm. I understand it’s a very busy day but I’ve stayed at the Hyatt the last several opening days and have always been about to get into the room. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and I would choose to stay there again for a regular game but not opening day. "

"We checked in late into our room. Room was hot so we clicked the air on. After an hour later and the temperature being 78 we decided to call the front desk. The lady answered wasn’t helpful nor did she care. Her response was “just shut it off”. After another hour of it being off and the room reaching 81. We decided to pack up at 1am and leaving to find another hotel"

"Bedroom suite we had was amazing. Two bathrooms and the extra space was a huge bonus. Exploring the hotel and plaza area was very interesting and our kids loved it too. Parking is kind of annoying and valet tried charging us extra at the en of our stay. "
