"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

"It's a very attractive house, solidly built which helps it stay cool during the day. Inside, it is mostly open-plan with just the bathroom and one of the bedrooms separate. The furniture is stylish and the kitchen is quite well fitted out. The location is beautiful and ideal for hikers but it is a bit remote so you will definitely need a car. Once we had made contact via WhatsApp the owners were easy to message. The only other thing to mention is that the property is not the whole house...

"There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot water one morning and the management company responded immediately."

Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after. Owner is responsive within minutes by phone or email, and is quite helpful with recommendations and suggestions for sightseeing, dining, etc. If we return to this area of España, we would certainly look to book this apartment again."

"We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
