"Beautiful property with all amenities. There was no want. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony at no additional cost. Rooms were immaculately clean and the staff were just fantastic!! Egor was just super awesome, professional, very helpful and a wonderful service with a smile. The Armenian breakfast was just Yummly delish! I wish Majors House had properties all over Armenia. I should say our stay was WOW WOW WOW!! Truly home away from home. Will be back soon!"

"I liked the location in the country side. I did not like that even though I had a reservation they did not seem to be expecting me. I also did not like the fact that the room smelt musty. And I did not like being told by the reception person that he was busy smoking g and that I would have to wait for his help. They were especially wonderful with our kids and very attentive to their needs, including their food. We also really loved our cottage—it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property has a lovely playground with sand and a soccer field, which was a big plus for families with children. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Motives to anyone visiting Dilijan, especially families with kids. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️"

"We absolutely loved our stay!! Such a beautiful place to stay, so peaceful and you’re surrounded by nature. The staff were so attentive and kind, the room is spacious and we loved the special touch of breakfast being brought directly to us in a picnic basket every morning (at a time we’re asked to choose)! Since every room has its own picnic table outside, we got to sit and enjoy breakfast in such a calming way. Also, Gevorg was especially welcoming when we first arrived and we appreciated that very much. I would definitely recommend staying at Cozy House to any friends and family that are visiting Dilijan!"
