Water Drain Problem

Staffs were very kind. The room condition was also good. However, the water in the shower booth doesn't drain well. To be more specific, the water didn't drain at all so I couldn't take a shower.

Modernt och snyggt

Hotellet i sig var vÀldigt fint. Personalen var lite frÄnvarande. Inte speciellt vÀlkomnande och trevliga. SÀngarna var super sköna!!! Lite udda att dÀr bara var en liten flaska vatten nÀr det var 2 personer som var inbokade pÄ hotellet. Frukosten var helt ljuvlig, stor hÀrlig buffé. Ett plus att hotellet Àr djurvÀnligt.

Debrecen ist eine Reise wert und das Hotel genau i

Alles ganz neu. Sauna ist nicht optimal: Finnisch nur 80°, Duschwasser lĂ€uft mit Schaum in Sauna und bildet See, keine BĂŒgel in Kleiderfach, keine Liegemöglixhkeit. Also Sauna ziemlich enttĂ€zĂ€uschend fĂŒr ein neues Hotel. Keine Info im Zimmer, weder digital noch Papier zu Öffnungszeiten Restaurant, Bar, Sauna usw.

BelĂ­ssimo hotel padrĂŁo Mercure superior. Check in muito eficiente. O quarto tem uma garrafa de ĂĄgua de cortesia para duas pessoas (?) , chaleira e mĂĄquina de cafĂ© nespresso. Cama confortĂĄvel. Havia apenas 1 travesseiro disponĂ­vel e seria adequado se houvesse mais um como hĂĄ na maioria da rede. Poderia ser pedido na recepção mas optamos por deixar como Ă© oferecido. Bom banheiro com louça de nĂ­vel superior, com shampoo e condicionador. Infelizmente embaixo do tampo da pia muitos resĂ­duos de pelos e cabelos nĂŁo foram adequadamente removidos. Hall muito bonito integrado a um belĂ­ssimo e imperdĂ­vel restaurante, onde tambĂ©m acontece um Ăłtimo cafĂ© da manhĂŁ. Estacionamento fĂĄcil no subsolo 16 euros/d. FĂĄcil acesso a praça central da cidade, onde verificamos algumas pessoas usuĂĄrias de drogas, o que causou leve sensação de insegurança.Infelizmente nosso quarto privilĂ©ge nĂŁo tinha uma boa vista (era face fundo) e diferentemente da maioria da rede MĂ©rcure privilĂ©ge nĂŁo tinha os Ă­tens de frigobar inclusos.
