"The hotel was great. Very clean, and it has been updated since my last visit. The beds could be just a bit softer, but they weren’t bad. I just like a very plush bed. The staff were friendly and gave us some free bottles of water along with the extra towels and blanket we requested. Breakfast is not free, so I didn’t try it. "

"First night, my flight was delayed and I wasn’t going to get there until 11 pm, check in was at 7. When I got there, I was denied check in and was charged for that night. Second night, they told me that I was not old enough to stay, even though I had already booked and paid the booking fee and the first nights stay that I wasn’t allowed, and they charged me once again. I had to pay 2 nights and was not allowed to stay either nights under no fault of my own. Terrible experience. Walking into this...
