The interior is absolutely perfect—comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully maintained—but what truly sets this place apart is the outdoor space.Morning coffee on the patio surrounded by quiet desert beauty, and a peaceful nightcap at sunset from the seating area up the hill… it's simply magical. Gina and Vance are outstanding hosts—warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail. We especially appreciated the thoughtful upgrades since our last visit, like the addition of the path railing, which made accessing the upper seating area even easier.This place feels like a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Property was exactly the relaxing oasis we were looking for. Rustic decor makes you feel like old Santa Fe. Property stocked with daily necessities, coffee, sugar, pastries and water. "
"It was a week long family vacation, full of sights, hikes and adventures. The New Mexican food was great. The house is located right outside of the plaza area so you have both the beauty of the desert and mountains with lovely sunsets and the convenience of all the amenities of Santa Fe. The house was spectacular with plenty of room with a well equipped kitchen. There are multiple options for outdoor seating. We brought our 2 dogs and there was plenty of room and outside grassy area for them to play. The manager was very responsive to our needs. "

This is a great home base for activities in the Santa Fe area, especially if you plan to visit Bandelier / Los Alamos region as it's about 10 minutes closer than downtown SF.Home is right across the street from the Four Seasons restaurant and spa, and there are a handful of fantastic restaurants in area (shout out to Tusuque Village Market and El Nido)."
