"Communicating with Luigi was very easy and felt he genuinely care for his guests. Our flight was cancelled and he’s very understanding and empathetic with our situation. He even offered to get us some food since we were arriving late. The place was big with indoor and outdoor space. Would recommend and would stay here again."

"A large kitchen/living room combination with 3 large bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom was very comfortable for our weeklong stay. I highly recommend this VBRO stay! Giacomo, our host, helped us find parking and good restaurants. I felt completely comfortable at all times."

"Valeria was amazing. Excellent communication, some lovely home made treats on arrival, lots of great recommendations for the local area. The house has everything you need for your stay. Sitting under the covered patio by the pool with the cool breeze in the afternoon was so relaxing. Highly recommended. "

"The Appartment had everything what you could wish for a nice vacation. Located just 30 minutes by car from the airport, it’s located in a quiet neighborhood. A supermarket is nearby and with a car you can reach nice beaches and also Cagliari. The communication was quick and easy, also check in and check out was very easy!"

La villa è esattamente come descritto: grande giardino recintato, con un cancello direttamente sulla spiaggia. "Fijn groot huis om met een groot gezin in door te brengen. De 3 slaapkamers zijn beneden waardoor deze aangenaam waren om in te slapen met de warmte. De grote tuin was ideaal voor de kinderen om in te spelen met iedere avond het karakterestieke geluid van geiten met geitenbellen welke achterlangs liepen . In de buurt heel veel prachtige stranden. Kortom, ideaal huis voor verblijf in Pula!"

"Comfortable and well equipped home for a family vacation. near amazing beaches. A family of four, kids 12 and 14, we had great time exploring southern Sardinia using the house in Capitana as our base. It was very relaxing to start our mornings in the beautiful garden with a cup of coffee while looking at the sea and listening to birds. Definitely recommend this well maintained property and helpful hosts."
