A nice and comfortable hotel for those coming to t

We stayed at one Lelia hotel during our trip to the north of the Czech Republic. The hotel is pleasant, free parking is available, a good restaurant in the hotel.

Nice experience

Everything as promised! And their check-in time is 21 and not later! Good parking options, great restaurant in same building. Quiet area, nice views. breakfast very okay for this amount of money! Very polite service! Nice experience!

Nice hotel in Decin

Internet is atrocious, the rest is fine. Fitness freaks will really relish this - Crossfit station just across the street.(Outdoors, free of charge). Nicely situated on the river. Flat stretches for biking or running along the Elbe, hilly backcountry available for hiking/roadracers/gravel and MTB-riders. EV charging is possible, but you can find more powerful options just around the corner. Did not visit the swimming facility in town, but looked nice from the outside.

Ok hotel but the ladies at the check-in desk are just dry. No courtesy, no smile, no love. You will ve threated and feel like goods. We arrived 50 mins before check-in time and wanted just to register our ids, didn’t need the room yet. One lday was ln the phone speaking faster than a F1, while the other said she was really busy and pointed us to their restaurant. We decided to take again the car and go for a trip. When we returned at 6pm the desk was unattended with only message showing a phone number to call.

No elevator to the top floor

We got one of the rooms on the top floor and there was no elevator. The rooms had no AC and it was unbearably hot. The fans that were set up only raised the temperature.

Het personeel is echt heel vriendelijk. Eten is lekker! Inrichting is wat gedateerd, gordijnen konden niet goed dicht, liet daardoor veel licht door waardoor onze baby niet goed in slaap viel. Verder is het allemaal schoon!

Das Hotel gibt einen 4 Sterne Standard vor. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Keine Kofferablage Möglichkeit. Nur wenige Zimmer sind per Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Für ältere Personen sicher ein Problem, vor allem, in die komfortableren Zimmern in den oberen Etagen zu kommen. Das Hotel wird auf striktem Sparkurs gefahren. Das Reinigungspersonal hat nicht mal einen Wischmop. Es muß dem Boden per Hand, mit einen kleinem Wischlappen wischen. Selbst der Toilettendeckel hat nicht die Größe für des Toilettenbecken. Man sitzt halb auf der Keramik. Gerade für Frauen unangenehm. Die Dusche ist teilweise der Duschschlauch sehr verkalkt. Das Frühstück ist zweckmäßig , mehr nicht. Ganz anders als im Werbevideo. Der Kaffeeautomat ist Reparatur bedürftig. Filterkaffee aus der Kanne gibt es nicht. Entsprechend die Rudelbildung um den einzigen Kaffeeautomaten Als der Chef das Frühstücksbuffet in Obhut hatte, wurde nach einer Stunde gerade mal kontrolliert und nachgefüllt. Auch das ging unprofessionell von statten. Erst als eine junge, blonde Mitarbeiterin am nächsten Tag das Buffett betreute, wurde es ordentlich und professionell organisiert. Vor allem sehr freundlich. Das Obstangebot war sehr eingeschränkt

Wir waren 5 Tage hier als Familie und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbüffet bietet viel Auswahl, auch Getränke (Wasser, Saft, Kaffee, Tee) und viele frische Sachen wie Obst und Gemüse waren dabei. Den Wellness-Bereich haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Direkt vor der Tür kann man kostenlos parken und es gibt einen tollen Spielplatz. In die Innenstadt läuft man gut 10 Minuten, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Schwimmbad sind fußläufig. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Restaurant! Es war immer gut besucht, das Essen war lecker und die Preise günstig (ca 40 € für uns 4 inkl Getränken). Einziges Manko war der Lärm in der Nacht vor unserem Fenster, der uns gestört hat, da wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
