"Superb hotel and office staff was one of the best I have experienced in ages. Very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lyon. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, and the staff was kind. The bed was comfortable, but the building is in serious disrepair: curtains hanging off the rails, broken ceiling panels, peeling paint, loose bathroom tiles, and heavily worn carpets in the hallways. It feels like no maintenance has been done in years, which really overshadows the positives. "

"Séjours and Affaires Lyon Saint Nicolas is located close to Lyon Part-Dieu train station, which is a great advantage. At the same time, the historic center of Lyon is within a walking distance. Also, the are 2 supermarkets near the hotel. "

"The room was very spacious and had excellent air conditioning. The shower was appropriate sized (vs those tiny tube sized showers in most of Europe). We did not hear others around us and slept well. We took advantage of the valet parking and truly appreciated that. We were able to easily walk and venture into Lyon from the location and felt very safe in our surroundings. The pillows were incredibly flat so I recommend asking for more. Easy fix"
