The owners have made easy walking mowed paths on their property which is a dog owners delight for early morning or before bedtime pup walks and exploration. "This is the place for you if you are looking for quiet and clean, and want to walk to restaurants before and after a day of exploring! We checked in after dark, and the process was seamless! Everything you need to know is in a binder, and the host is nearby if you have questions. We had plenty of room to spread out. The area is walkable and the locals are very friendly. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby (10 min walk). You are ~30 minutes from Bar Harbor and Acadia. We would stay here...
