"Overall not a horrible hotel stay . Could not use wifi even though advertised. The front desk didnt know why. There were water spots on the ceiling and we had a 1st floor room. The toliet was not secure. It wobbled terribly and if you got up too quickly it would hit the wall pretty hard."

Ample parking, and within walking distance of a couple restaurants and a walmart, having a car here is best. A bit pricy for a rual small town, but not expensive. "

"We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday at Mike's and Heather's place. It's a great location - close to stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the view of the lake from the porch and the dining room. The kitchen had all the items we needed to cook a couple meals. It was too cold for us to jump in the lake, but the water looked very inviting, so we definitely plan to come again!"

"The Owl’s Nest is the perfect place to stay on the lake! The property had everything you could need! We were blown away by all the yard games that were available. The hot tub was clean and the dock was perfect to hangout after a long day! We look forward to our next stay at the Owl’s Nest! "
