We were planning on using it, but had to rely on ice packs. It was ok, but stayed at better Best Westerns in the surrounding area."

"I arrived at 430 to be told my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour for my room. I have an 11 month old baby and if my family wasn’t there I would’ve been left to wait in the lobby. When asked how they could compensate I was told there was nothing they could do for me. My room was 2.5 hours late. They didn’t even apologize."
