"My husband and I had an excellent experience at this resort. All the staff were very welcoming, and we truly appreciated the warm and friendly atmosphere. The resort is small but well-organized, very clean, and comfortable. As a suggestion for the future, adding a small bar would be a great improvement. The only issue during our stay was with the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff member there had an unprofessional and somewhat arrogant attitude. We even overheard her speaking rudely to a guest who asked for help, saying: “Wait, can’t you see I’m the only one working here?” This was disappointing. At first, we thought it might have just been a bad day, but during our 3-day stay, her behavior remained the same each morning. We believe improving her attitude toward guests would make a big difference."

"Every time I can schedule customer visits, in such a way that I begin near Deerfield Beach or end there for the day, I do so, just so I can stay at Ocean Villas of Deerfield. I’ve stayed in several different rooms and every one is always perfect. Then, every morning, I walk the two minutes to the beach and watch the sunrise. Every evening I walk the ten minutes to a host of varied and eclectic restaurants. This is the place to stay. Especially during the off season and even during season (if they aren’t booked, which does happen), Ocean Villas is priced as well or better than any place around. You will never go wrong booking here."

"Nice hotel. Had some plumbing issues in our room and staff moved slow to rectify the issue. Room is nice and big with two full baths which was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is nice and the beach across the street is beautiful. Very walkable to restaurants and shops, 15 minutes. We survived just fine without a rental car. Lot of places to doordash supplies from."

"This was my second stay while visiting my daughter at FAU. The property is charming and clean. Close walk to the beach and to restaurants and convenience store (711). The rooms are comfy and have everything needed for a nice stay! We will be back. Thank you!!!"

"arrived at 1 pm and even though the hotel was less than half full, they made me sit in the lobby until 2:30 because of house rules. What happen to customer. Breakfast was terrible, no cream cheese, no apple juice, no more bisquits and gravy. This hotel going down each month."
