"I received a phone call from reception that We were supposed to check out on a day in the middle of our stay. When I pointed out we had 4 more days reserved, I was told we had to switch rooms in order to stay. On top of that they didn’t have a room for us to check into, so we would have to checkout and then check into later in the day. Eventually we got a room and I moved our belongings. Also there were college grads partying all night keeping us awake. We call front desk, they went to talk to them, didn’t help. Front desk told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Had a sleepless night. Sink and tub drain were slow, wound up standing in water while showering. TV didn’t work. My son’s room had a leaky toilet. NEVER use this hotel again. Front desk folks were polite but ineffective."

"The staff is excellent. Rooms are roomy and clean. Breakfast is very good! The grounds around the hotel and the parking area could be cleaner (littered) and groomed better. "

"We had a great stay at the Parsonage. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the dryer but the handyman came within a few hours and fixed it. Communication was great and overall a great place to stay. We will certainly consider staying here again next time we visit the area."
