"Booked room so me and my granddaughter could go swimming, get to the hotel and the pool is under construction and not accessible! Pancake machine for the supposedly free breakfast was out of order the entire stay, so basically just stayed in the room the entire time except for leaving to get food. I learned a lesson to always call first and see what all amenities are not available prior to booking my room in the future!!!"

"Room had leaking water in the bathroom with black mold growing and dripping from the ceiling. Despite no one showering in the bathroom, the shower and bathroom walls had so much condensation… Staff not able to help at check out due to needing a manager.
Breakfast is bare minimum of waffle iron, bagel, toast, cereal, milk."
