otel personeli genel olarak ilgili ve hizmette sıkıntı yok, sıcak su konusunda biraz su geç geliyor, tesisatla ilgili sanırım. Ama otelde suyu niye çok akıttın arkadaş soğuk duş alsaydın demiyor. 3 yıldızlı bir otel için yeterince iyi. teşekkür ederim güler yüzlü hizmetleriniz için...

fiyatına uygun bir otel. çok fazla bir şey beklemeyin. temizlik iyi. odalar ferah, yataklar rahat. kahvaltısı kötü. harbiye şelalelerine çok yakın ama hemen dibi sayılmaz. güzel bir vadi manzarası var. şehir merkezine biraz uzak. arabayla gelecekseniz sorun olmaz. otel çalışanları iyi, düzgün. fiyat performansı normal. tavsiye ederim. 1 gece çift olarak konakladık. eğer saat 17:00'a kadar verirseniz çamaşır yıkama hizmetleri de var.

Eine sehr ruhige Lage, höfliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, Frühstück ausreichend, frisch, es gab sogar Suppe. Rund um den Tag stand Tee zuferfügung und Abend gabs auch Suppe umsonst!

Bi daha da Hatay'a gelmem...

Tuvalet arızalı, sıcak su yok, yarım saat sonra ılımış su akabildi, soğuk, 3 oda değiştirdiler artık pes ettik ve 3. odada idare ettik, otopark tarla... gerisi kalsın. Tek iyi diyebileceğim şey kahvaltıydı sanırım.

Otelin yeri güzel, hemen Harbiye'nin (şelaleler) yakınında. Geniş otoparkı da var. Arabayla gidenler için büyük kolaylık. Odalar geniş, yatakları düzgün. Kahvaltısı da doyurucu ve el yapımı mahalli ürünler ( peynir çeşitleri, zeytin, çökelek, süzme vb.) mevcut. Tek eksik banyodaki bazı aksesuarlar/malzemeler, klima eskimiş, kırılmış. Bu tür eksikleri,bakımları, ihtiyaçlarınızı (varsa) söylemeniz gerek ama bu durumda da otel çalışanları oldukça yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Hemen ilgilenip hallediyorlar.
