"The home’s beds were all comfortable and we were satisfied with the temperature inside the home throughout our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances as well as spices, utensils and items to cook a complete meal. We were concerned with the types of stairs and lack of handrails. The lighting was very low wattage so it was difficult to see in some areas. If any guests had an allergy to cats that would have been a major problem. Please list this on the VRBO site in the future. The checkin/out information was not in English and was extremely extensive. The host failed to send the key code 24 hours ahead and we only received the information after requesting it as we sat in the driveway on the day we were supposed to check in. Overall our stay was fine and we were able to wash our clothes since this stop was halfway through our trip."

Check in, we needed to call a phone number displayed at the entrance to get the code for the key box (heartfelt thank you to the guest that helped us with the process)"

The large windows flood the space with natural light and offer a view so beautiful, it feels like a living painting.Inside, the studio is thoughtfully furnished with upcycled pieces lovingly crafted by Sylke, giving it unique character and warmth. The kitchen is impressively well equipped, far beyond what you’d expect, and the bed, duvet, and pillows are luxuriously comfortable.There are many hiking trails in the surrounding area, perfect for nature lovers or anyone looking to unwind in stunning scenery. The town itself is quiet but well connected, with a bus to the train station every 30 minutes, the stop just 8 minutes away on foot. The town store has fresh produce, a bakery, cheese, wine, cured meats, and even homeware.What truly made our stay place exceptional though is the generosity and kindness of the hosts. Sylke and Felix have created not just a beautiful space, but a truly welcoming experience. I couldn’t get enough of the views or the atmosphere: I’m already dreaming of coming back."
