Good place to sleep

Peaceful quiet hotel. Garage and breakfast a plus. Breakfast was even a positive surprise, after an interesting restaurant dinner experience.

We stopped for the night on our drive though Germany, and we were amazed how good we felt staying at this hotel. We felt rested and relaxed to continue our journey.

Great hotel, it’s under new owners so completely refurbished. Comfortable and clean. My only negative takeaway was that it wasn’t the cheapest room yet we had no kettle, coffee machine, fridge or anything like that.

Tolles Personal. Die Zimmer haben kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Beleuchtung ist sehr spärlich, so dass Lesen schwierig ist.

Am Service könnte man nooch gut was machen. Wir mussten 10min warten auf den CheckIn, eine sehr Dame war gut beschäftigt, die Zweite hatte mit den CheckIn Formularen zu tun und hat uns erst nachdem die andrer Dame etwas gesagt hat dass Sie uns doch mal eincheken sollte. Und selbst dann auch nur mit widerwillen.

Wir hatten eine Suite für 3 Ewachsen gebucht. Das Zimmer war gut und man hat uns das Schlafsofa schon hingerichtet. Das war gut. Allerdings fehlte es an ein paar Handtücher für 3 Personen und was schade war dass auf dem Balkon nur 2 Stühle war. Wir haben an der Rezeption nachgefragt und man hat gesagt dass man es dem Hausmeister sagt aber es geschah nichts. Da könnte man eigentlich erwarten dass so viele Stühle vorhanden sind wie die Kapazität des Zimmers hergibt. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet jedoch sind sehr wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten vorhanden. Es gibt keine Schubladen oder ähnliches. Wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt hat und mehrere Personen drin übernachten wird es schwierig. Auch im Bad in der Dusche wäre es schön wenn es eine Ablage für das Duschgel oder Shampoo geben würde. An vielen Türen im Gebäude sind Schrammen wo nicht gerade schön aussieht. Was das Frühstück angeht muss man erstmal das Personal erwähnen. Wir waren eine Woche dort und die Frau wo den Service gemacht hatte war sehr fleißig und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl der Speisen war gut aber man könnte gerade was die Wurstauswahl angeht auch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. 1 ganze Woche jeden Tag die gleiche Wurstauswahl etc. ist eintönig. Ansonsten mangelte es an nichts. Bei der Bar muss ich sagen dass ich erwarte dass man auch die Drinks die auf der Karte stehen auch zubereiten kann. Dies war leider nicht der Fall man kannte nicht alle. Aber sonst kann man gut dort übernachten..

Alles prima gewesen, das einzige Manko ist das dreibett Zimmer, wovon man eigentlich nicht sprechen kann. Ein Doppelbett und ein Sofa was ausgeklappt wird, dieses ist jedoch hart wie Stein, da wäre der Boden angenehmer. Als wir bei der Rezeption nach einer Matratze gefragt haben wurde uns nur ein weiteres Einzelzimmer mit Aufpreis angebraten. Fazit: wenn man zu dritt in ein Zimmer will ist dies nicht zu empfehlen, da es auch keine weitere Option gibt wie an der Rezeption uns bestätigt wurde. Am besten ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer buchen.

Hotel unbedingt meiden!

Buchten für 3 Nächte die Junior Suite. Leider war Zimmerkarte nur 1 Nacht geschaltet. Als wir am 2. Tag nach 22 Uhr (Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt) ins Zimmer wollten, funktionierte die Karte nicht mehr. Wir kamen nur mit viel Getöse nach 30 Minuten und 4 Anrufen bei der Zentrale in Hamburg ins Zimmer. Selbst nach 15x klingeln ging niemand an die Sprechanlage. Da nur ein furchtbarer ungeeigneter Typ an der Gegensprechanlage in Hamburg war und niemand vor Ort, musste man sich erst beleidigen lassen, um Mitternacht vom Hotel verwiesen zu werden. Nur weil dieser Typ mit einer Reklamation und Ärger nicht umgehen kann. Auch Tage später keine Reaktion oder Rückbuchung der bezahlten Nächte seitens Hotel.

Ich war viele Jahre regelmäßig Gast in diesem Hotel und bisher eigentlich immer zufrieden. Leider hat die Qualität im Rückblick von Jahr zu Jahr nachgelassen – mein letzter Aufenthalt war wohl mein letzter. Primär das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht mehr so ganz. Auch das Frühstück hat mich eher enttäuscht. Das Buffet wurde im Vergleich zu früher stark reduziert. Das Personal war durchwachsen – von sehr freundlich bis eher genervt und desinteressiert. Schade, dass sich das Hotel in diese Richtung entwickelt hat; aber zum Glück gibt es ja gute Alternativen.

Tolle Unterkunft, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Beim Frühstück lag allerdings Rattenköder auf einem der beiden verfügbaren Babystühlen und natürlich haben die Kinder an den giftigen Köderbehältet gepackt. Gleich erstmal Hände schrubben. Das darf natürlich nicht passieren. Sonst war alles top, daher ein Stern abzug

Wir kommen mehrere Jahre und übernachten dort auf der Durchreise Es ist sehr praktisch weil der Autobahn in der Nähe ist Zimmer sind sehr bequem und betten genau so Ich werde auch in Zukunft immer wieder mit meine Familie dort übernachten

Gutes Hotel, Zentrumsnah.

Super Hotel in guter Lage. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt genügend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und eine Parkgarage vom Hotel. Das Restaurant ist am Wochenende leider geschlossen. Aber es gibt in Fußnähe genügend Auswahl.
