"Geeta was a wonderful host. She was kind and cared about our comfort. We took our dog and there are places to walk in the back of the property where it is safe and off the highway. The room was clean and had adequate space. There were lots of special touches, including the welcome basket. We will definitely come back again. Thank you, Geeta"
"They tried hard in an old motel. Nice new linens, free snacks, still had a smoky old

But again, they tried hard to cover up and I applaud the effort. "
"This was my third time staying at this hotel and once again, I was really happy with everything. It's affordable, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and they have a great little pool for those very hot summer days. The family who runs the hotel are lovely too. I couldn't ask for more in a budget-friendly hotel. If you're exploring the gorgeous south end of the Eastern Sierras, this is a great option."
"Stayed over a holiday weekend and this place was almost half the cost of the hotels. As others reviewed this place is very clean and has everything you’d need including a full size washer and dryer. There is a futon in the living room with a TV. The fridge is smaller than pictured and they put storage for pans below. There are portable induction stove tops (loved those). No microwave, but there is a toaster oven. Others have mentioned no hot tub, which is true. Think they meant bath tub, not hot tub. It’s a bath tub/shower combination. The weather was really hot during our stay and the air conditioning worked great. It is an old quirky house, but well maintained. A five star stay for Mainstreet Lone Pine and small dog friendly on top of that! We have stayed at various Lone Pine hotels for day hiking and would definitely prefer to stay here instead. "
