"Normally when we go to Nagasaki, we stay at a hotel near the train station. This time we tried this hotel at the Hamanomachi shopping arcade. The hotel seems brand new and the entrance is inside the arcade. The room we stayed at was modern, clean, and a bit larger than a normal Japanese hotel room. The front desk is on the 4th floor along with a free coffee machine, vending machines, two washing machines and dryers. on the same floor is the breakfast buffet which the price was reasonable and had...

"Good location easy access to the drop off point on the Airport bus and also the Goto streetcar stop out front very handy to the A Bomb site, Chinatown & Glover Garden etc. Supermarket about 8 minutes walk and convenience store close by."

"A good place to stay, excellent location for Chinatown and some of the churches and port Good, helpful staff, basic room but good for what we needed. When it rained we could use the laundry. Only thing, I booked as we had a rental car, a keicar, but the height was only 155m for the car park which I didn't realise so had to find parking elsewhere. Car park opposite was fine but be aware of that if you have a car."

"Wonderful hotel that is centrally located, approximately 5 minute taxi ride from Nagasaki Station. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, public baths are clean and relaxing. Free coffee and matcha tea in the lobby were also nice touches. Highly recommended."

"Room was clean and space was fair-sized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking were a bit inconvenient, old style lift operated which needs staff to operate. No easy access for guests. No multiple entries per parking either. Close to attractions, transports and lot of dinner options. Ground floor have a number of clubs and pubs which open til late, a bit noisy because of that."
