"The staff was in great spirits, helped with extra sheets and a pillow when we asked. They checked on us which was appreciated. The smoke alarms were taken down, the mirrors were not cleaned in a long time. The residents were terrifying.
The mattress cover looked like there had been a massacre. We will not be back. "

"The room was in poor condition. The exterior sidewalk had a lot of garbage on it. I accidently reserved the wrong date and 2 OYO staff members told me that they would credit the error, and I tried several times to have that done, but they didn't credit."
