Del Mar Dream Steps to the Beach

Live the Dream in Del Mar at this charming and spacious condo. Light, bright and spacious best describes this casually comfortable condo. Located 1 block to the beach!! Walking distance to the Village of Del Mar and Cedros Design District. Del Mar Dream has recently undergone renovations: New Kitchen, flooring, paint, fireplace, laundry room have created a wonderful gathering space for our guests.



Del Mar Dream comfortably sleeps 4 adults and can accommodate additional guest on the sofa or infant/toddler in a pack-n-play. Both bathrooms have 2 sinks each. The master bath (ensuite) has a shower stall and the guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully stocked, we have beach equipment for your enjoyment as well. The condo is located on the 2nd floor, end unit. It is single level inside. We do have an elevator (in addition to stairs) for access.

The Beach Colony is a highly coveted area due to its easy walkability and close and easy beach access. This area is all flat and great for all ages.
