"I had a multi-night stay in Del Rio, and I decided to try the Whispering Palms because it had good reviews. It met my needs. The only negative was that the air conditioner was pretty good, but not great. I like it really cold when I sleep, and it didn't quite get there. But I realize I like it colder than most people, and it was comfortable enough, so this was at least as much about my personal preferences as the condition of the A/C.
