We use the Grill to cook, the electric bonfire for our curios children's who are 2, 7 ,9, 11, 14 so you can imagine a lot to be entertained. We bring our projector to stream a movie under the stars in the deck, our kids enjoy playing outside with the balls walking the beauty trail and of course the attractive fall we all get wet and walk around following...

"Very charming house - well-located, nicely updated and decorated. We used the home as a base for a weekend visiting family near Livingston Manor and it had everything we needed."
