"Room had a bad smell to it. Couch in the room was stained and worn with holes in it. Staining in the bath tub."

"The location was great and the hotel was generally nice and clean. The A/C did not work properly in our room—we were unable to turn it on or adjust the thermostat so it got a little stuffy. I also killed two spiders in the room. On a more positive note, the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again despite the two issues I mentioned."

"Actually I wasn't sure if this hotel going to work when we pulled up, but looks can be decieving right? I booked based on the lots of positive reviews and I think I made a right pick! Room was small, but clean and well maintained. Hotel situated very close to the highway, but we had no issues with nose, plus shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance. Pool was nice and clean, picked right time better checking out on Sunday, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was great and tasty, oh my goodness, yes coffee was great, probably best hotel coffee I ever had all because some smart person decided to invest into a real coffee machine with grinder in it. I know.. I'm a coffee snob. I'll recommend this hotel."

"Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here"
