"Our stay at this beautiful Terracotta Home was perfect! Cleaniness is very important to me and this home was absolutely clean. The attention to detail was welcoming, such as blankets laid out and the bow towels presentation throughtout the home was beautiful. It came with all the necessities we needed. The host was great in communicating with us, from beginning to end. Highly recommend this place."

"Horrible Horrible Horrible"

"the apartment was amazing , had everything we needed for our stay in Porterville. Very clean and quiet area."

"Enjoyed my stay immensely. Amaka was very hospitable and easy to communicate with both before and during my stay. The suite was very comfortable--looked exactly as the on-line pictures. It was very clean. There is a refrigerator, microwave, etc which were convenient. It's a very nice neighborhood to walk in--new construction. I would have liked to explore it more if I had had the chance."

"The house was clean, comfortable, secure and located in a convenientplace for our travel purposes. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies & utensils. Carla, the host, was quick to respond and accommodating. The pool and patio was tidy and refreshing when the weather got warm."

"The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors were friendly. I wanted to say there is a beautiful park for kids and walking leashed dogs just 2 blocks away. That was a treasure. The owner responds quickly so things that could have been an issue were not. Really appreciated that."

"A simple and neat room where I got good sleep. Checking in only took a few minutes without hassle."

"Excelente todo muy limpio y ordenado"

"Everything went really good my only recommendation is hire a different cleaner. There were many places in the house that are missed. But that has no bearing on the property or the owner. And if the owner is curious of what areas I am referring to I am available to elaborate."

"I feel this house has a lot of potential as it’s a nice layout and it does have the nice pool. But the cleanliness left some things to be desired. The bathrooms were clean, which is super important, as were the room rooms in general. But there was a lot of dust in the house looked like it hadn’t had a deep clean in sometime. There was loads of dog poop on the side of the house. At least 30 piles or more. The one bedroom was advertised as having a queen and a twin bed, but actually only had twin...
