"We were thankful being able to check in early, the pool and hot tub temperatures were both on the cooler side so my girls didn’t enjoy the pool which was a main factor in why we booked. The first night we ordered food from the bar which was surprisingly good, we skipped out on the breakfast buffet because of the cost. There must have been hockey families with very rowdy boys and thankfully after one phone call to the front desk complaining about running and screaming it was taken care of."

"First the staff there was very nice and helpful from checking in to checking out very good customer service, the room was very comfortable but the WiFi was not good dropping constantly, the property was not bad , I didn’t get any breakfast personal choice but it seemed nice, my only complaint would be the lack of available towels had to ask for towels daily even upon checking in there was only one set of towels even though there was two occupants for the room,but for the price paid I would give it another shot mainly because of the customer service that I received!!!"
