"We booked this stay specifically because it had a spa, but unfortunately, the spa was dirty and completely non-functional. The barbecue was also dirty, and we had to use foil just to be able to use it.We were aware that the property had only one bathroom, but for a 3-bedroom house that accommodates up to 7 people, the bathroom needs to have a functioning lock for basic privacy. "We needed early access to our room due to a family function in Mansfield. The manager was very obliging and we were grateful to be able to swap out of our travel clothes. The motel is in a great location near the Main Street and the coffee shop/cafe next door is brilliant. The rooms are well maintained and quiet. I will return for sure."
