Lakefront cottage on the South Shore of Lake Delavan for short-term vacation rentals (one week minimum) or longer-term, lease options up to one year. The house has everything you need for a great stay including a spacious yard and a pier slip. You will enjoy amazing lake views from your large deck.

Two-bedroom, lakefront house sleeps six (maximum adult occupancy 4), fully furnished with brand new bedding/mattresses/linens/towels, appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, gas grill, filtered water, water softener, outdoor shower, patio furniture, storage shed, smart TVs, and WiFi. Includes 150 feet of flat frontage with a shared pier slip for one boat and one wave runner/PWC for stays during boating season.

Price negotiable for extended stays longer than two weeks, with terms available up to 12 months at $2600.00 per month. All long-term rentals are subject to lease agreement and security deposit.
