Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful with finding restaurants and giving directions. The tile in the elevator needs repair and the sidewalk between parking lot and front door had a pot hole that puts guests at risk for injuries from an uneven and sharp walking surface. Our rooms were clean and comfortable .

There aren't many lodging options close to Ohio Wesleyan University, so I was mainly looking for a place that was convenient to campus and would allow me to avoid driving out of town. This hotel worked well for that purpose. The property was clean and felt safe, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a little dated and could use some updating, but overall it was a convenient and perfectly adequate place to stay when visiting OWU.

Paid for a suite, but room was smaller than a regular room, and bathroom & tub were tiny. Tub was old & dingy looking. Wasn’t even sure I wanted to step in there. Bed was surrounded by metal skirt/frame that echoed/creaked every time you moved or tapped it with your foot getting in or out. Flooring was nice-not carpet, by wood. Staff friendly, family owned.

Some aspects of the room seem in need of upgrade. The a/c was a little weak. The room was clean and generally comfortable. I think the value for the price is exceptional. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, the pool looked well maintained. Breakfast was good and useful as we rushed out one morning to make our campus tour. The proximity to Ohio Wesleyan and downtown Delaware was ideal. All in all, a nice stay and I would recommend this prop we try to anyone visiting the area.

The room was clean when we came in but the shower could use some work. It looked like it was going to fall apart at any moment. We also heard random noises throughout the night without any idea where they were coming from. It was knocking sounds but not from the rooms next to us. We were greeted by staff every time we entered the lobby and they always had a smile on their face.

The staff were definitely all nice and helpful, and the pool was one of the better ones we’ve been to. However, the building/rooms itself could use some serious upgrades. The flooring in the room bathroom was peeling, the tub was VERY stained, the blankets/sheets were stained. Overall good staff, super dingy accommodations. We would not stay again.
