"Fantastically positioned right outside the Maashaven Metro stop, the hotel is in a convenient location for exploring the delights of Rotterdam. Some of the rooms even have a fantastic view out over the Nieuwe Mass. Comfortable beds, adequately-sized rooms with modern decor. The hotel serves breaktast (for a fee) in the restaurant on the ground floor and also has a late night bar. Staff were friendly and welcoming when checking us in. Highly recommended for a stay in this wonderful city."

"FOH staff was fantastic! Coffee was great! The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient for transportation and to explore around. The only issue was that during my 5-days stay, deep cleaning of the room was requested 2 times and it never happened. Disappointing since we ran out of basic items such as hand soap, toilet paper etc and all the hustle to be looking for someone to have all items and towels replaced, we removed our own garbage, etc."

Accomodations were excellent, however on the day of departure housekeeping opened our door at 0900 and knocked again at 1045 even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. "Nice hotel next to the Delft train station. The room was comfortable and a decent size. The only improvement to the room would be the addition of a door or shower curtain in the bathroom. We had wondered about the long handled squeegee in the bathroom and thought that the room attendant had forgotten it. After taking a shower we saw the need for it as the bathroom floor was wet from wall to wall."
