"Location was close to airport and rental cars. Shuttle bus service was quick. However, we were surprised to find out that the rooms had no air conditioning or small refrigerator. It was uncomfortable sleeping despite a table fan being provided. Both restaurants had long waits and the bar was under renovation. This was the only hotel of six that we stayed at in the UK and Ireland without air conditioning!"

"My wife and I stayed here for a week while visiting for a wedding. The hotel was incredibly accommodating from the moment we stepped inside. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable on the area. Only thing I didn’t realize was the room I booked didn’t include a mini fridge which was a surprise but not a deal breaker. We missed our flight to leave and had to book an additional night, the front desk staff was incredible and got us into our room quickly and early. Would absolutely stay again for the staff, location, and cleanliness."
