Positives
- lunch was great
- bed was comfortable
- sheets were clean
To improve
- everything was filthy- toilet; shower; floor; public areas;
- when I asked to move rooms due to the totally disgusting toilet it seemed to be that nobody else thought the toilet was dirty. It had multiple stains on the actual seat
- No aircon in first room given
- advertised a roof top terrace for food but then don't permit usage
On the metro line. Restaurant on site. Helpful staff. Car hire Can be
arranged for a fixed fee similar to the taxi ride to an from the airport. Older building but solid. If you want to look for fruits and veg walk facing traffic.
We had a car for five hours: 1200r.
Worst and useless hotel, if you want to ruin your trip, best way is to go to this hotel.
This was my first booking experience from wow.hotels.com, but unfortunately it was so pathetic and unpleasant.
A nice comfortable hotel, within easy reach of the metro station. The super deluxe room is no luxury but for a working executive trip to Delhi is comfortable.
Breakfast was very basic a perhaps a let down - basic toast and oily eggs, but thats ok. Wasn't expecting a spread anyway.
The hotel tries to provide nice amenities and service. Breakfast not bad by Indian standards and type of food eaten for breakfast in India. However, no brewed coffee or fresh juice. Staff was attentive to all my requests. I would rate this hotel higher if not for the rather horrible location, which they can't change. There is nothing to eat, do or see in the immediate vicinity. The metro station is a stressful 10 minute walk. The free airport pick-up is a definite plus. Despite the cons, I stayed here for 3 nights together on my arrival and departure from Delhi since it became something familiar. Delhi can be overwhelming and scary, especially for women.

Not Good
The breakfast was not nice at all. Cold breakfast, white bread , burnt toast, kitchen was too far away from the dining area. Things would take long to reach the dining area. Not enough parking!

Ok for short stay
The hotel staff where very nice and very helpful. Airport pick-up service was great! Though the room was extremely noisy.
The food at the restaurant was delicious.
If you are looking for a budget quick stay in Delhi this place would be suitable but I would not reccomment for long stays.

Staff were nice but the hotel is just plain dirty with soiled towels, open garbage in the dining area, noisy and a very busy street..recommend spend a few more dollars and get a decent place. Stayed with the family and this really was an awful place...after this experience we just cancelled almost all our hotel reservations to a higher category..I can't blame the staff- they are just not trained to be clean--I said "this is a smoking room"--Ans: "Yes it is"...Me: "Can I have non smoking room" And: "we don't have any but you don't have to smoke"...Funny but when you experience it??
Pros ::
1. The staff was good & customer focused.
2. The food service and breakfast was good.
Cons ::
1. The rooms can be improved. They are in good condition.
2. The WiFi internet was slow.

Rooms Need to be renovated
All that i can say is that the room of the Hotel where i stayed is not above the par.
The hotel room has some good points, some bad too n!. The room is neat and clean,the bathroom lets things down, shower pressure poor, no health faucet, complimentary toiletries of very poor quality, soap is like a bit of white stone.
You dare not order food or beverages or even a cup of tea ! the rates are an absolute rip-off ! No tea coffee maker in the room ! and you need to pay as much Rs120/- for a cup of tea, Rs45 for a mineral water bottle ? this is the height of a rip off !
Nothing stops a Hotel from making reasonable money on food BUT this is just short of a plunder.
The buffet breakfast had some food which was prepared with neither taste nor variety just a insipid spread.
Splendid rooms at a low cost. Very good facilities (I stayed in two different rooms due to some initial confusion, but both were neat, clean and well furnished) Close to the metro. Good room service. Small but tasty breakfast buffet. Complementary cab ride to the airport as a compensation for the inconvenience of caused of the mixup with the room booking. I would definitely come back.
Staff were very friendly and helpful in general and were always willing to help get you to where you wanted to go.
The food is also very good and a large menu.
For value you'd have to go a long way to beat it which brings me to the only downside and that is it's location which is 29 mins from Connaught Place for example but if you're not fussed then try it.

Clark heghts in Delhi
The hotel is quite far from the airport and the staff is not very welcoming, a bit rude!By chance, I had a superior room because they forgot I was coming in the hotel. So it was very good but if I had a standard room, I don't think the room would be allright because it smelt humidity, no aeration in the hotel and be careful to the lift (old model!). I did not like the breakfast, not enough variety, too plain!
Clark Heights was in a strange neighborhood but worked out for our short stay. They had a driver we could hire for a reasonable price to take us to some of the sights we were interested in. The room was clean, the bed was comfy but the restaurant was pretty so so.

Undergoing renovation.
The hotel is undergoing serious renovation. Service is good and rooms are comfortable. Once the renovation is finished it will be very pretty. For now is very noisy and dusty. Location wise is not great. For those who will be going to Delhi for tourism for the first time. It is a must to stay in Connaught Place where everything is. With Traffic the location of this hotel can become 30 to 40 minutes away from all that is really going on. Of course if under the same price range you can not find anything in Connaught Place, then it becomes a good option.
Clark Heights hotel - Attempting luxury for a budget price
Clark Heights tries to be a luxury hotel for a budget price. In some ways they succeed in doing that, in other ways they don't.
Airport pick-up, check-in and room service sandwiches were excellent.
However, I arrived 4AM and wanted to sleep until 11AM or so to start the next day somehwat rested after my flight. At 9AM an overwhelming banging noise woke me up. It appeared to be construction workers on the lower floor banging their hammers. I asked the manager to move me to another room but there would be noise there as well according to him (probably all rooms were booked). He would have the construction workers stop their work however).
The workers did not stop and after giving up on trying to sleep the shower didn't have any warm water. Warm water could be requested at reception but I didn't feel like any more hassle.
Room was nicely decorated for the price, clean on the whole although there were some fly-like bugs in the bathroom. Not sure what they were, hopefully not flees.
In the end it would be a good Delhi hotel for the price, if you're not unlucky like I was with the construction workers. If you don't want to risk that and spend about 50% more, go to the Metropolitan instead.
