Excellent for the train station. Very safe area. Welcoming and very helpful service. We were even given a lift to the train station because it was raining. Lovely, clean property.

We absolutely loved staying at 11. The room was large, clean and had good internet and A/C. We felt very safe in the area and it was quiet. The host was amazing, giving us lots of recommendations, and even packed us breakfast for an early train ride!!! Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable convenient stay

Fantastic find - Ajay is a great host. Managed the pre check in via WhatsApp to ensure all ok. The property is in a quiet residential area. A different experience from your standard branded hotel.

This is a wonderful place in a quiet and very safe area of Delhi. The room overlooking the front garden is particularly nice, very clean with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. As mentioned elsewhere on the reviews, Ajay is an amazing host, giving useful advice before arriving and doing all he could to make sure everything was as wanted during the stay. Without doubt, the best place I've stayed in in India.

Island of respite in a big chaotic city

I had booked here last minute (after arriving in Delhi to find my original accommodation unacceptable), and I was pleasantly surprised by Eleven. It is a small bed-and-breakfast in a residential neighborhood, not too far of a walk from some of the main attractions of Delhi. The host and staff were friendly and accommodating, and everything just felt very personalized. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Ajay the owner is outstanding he is so accommodating and professional. Very attentive to your needs. The 2 ladies who cook the breakfast are equally lovely. Great location, clean rooms good beds great shower. What more could you want. I will be back. Make this your go to property.

The host Ajay was great! super friendly and helpful. He was able to drive us to the train station because we had so many bags. the property is simple and no frills. The neighborhood isn't in the best area as well. so i recommend staying here if you want close access to the train station otherwise other neighborhoods are better.

A Little Tropical Paradise

Our stay at Eleven was wonderful! The property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful plants and flowers everywhere and in a safe neighborhood. The host was very accommodating. We had to leave early one morning for the train and missed breakfast - he brought it to the train station and delivered it to us!!! The next morning he asked us our preference for Indian or western breakfast and they served it on the patio - so beautiful and delicious! The women who worked there were very kind, even taking time to help us wrap our sarees. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning. There was a tv, but we could not figure out how to work it (we did not try hard). The beds were not fancy, but the rooms were cleaned daily. I highly recommend Eleven!

We had a lovely stay at Eleven for four nights in Delhi. Ajay was fantastic, he gave great recommendations and attended to all our needs. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The area is also great, easy to visit Humayuns tomb and other sites. The breakfast was also delicious. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you Ajay!

An oasis in the middle of Delhi

Friendly, flexible, perfectly located and great value for money. This is an oasis a little withdrawn from the bustle of Delhi streets, but still only a short walk from Nizamuddin rail station in one direction and the main street leading towards India gate in the other. Very friendly and flexible host. Clean and comfortable. We’ll stay here next time in Delhi, too.

The property is a b&b located in a beautiful neighbourhood, and well managed by the owner. Some rooms are dark (ask for the one facing the front garden). Only flaw: the cost is too high.

Homecoming

Stayed here for the 2nd time after having spent 5 weeks traveling through India. It was like coming home with familiar faces and a good surrounding which made for an excellent last night in India. It really was like a home homecoming, and if I ever again visit Delhi – what I really hope – I will try to stay here again and kick off the next adventure out of this quiet, beautiful oasis.

Can definitely recommend it

Very neat small hotel in a nice area of Delhi. The owner Ajan is very attentive and helps with all little things that need to be taken care of, e.g. train tickets or sightseeing tips. Next to the hotel is a very nice peaceful park which is great for a 20min morning walk when waiting for breakfast. The staff can't speal English but somehow this made it even more authentic. Really liked this hotel as a 1st stay in Delhi or India actually, you're off for a good start! Can definitely recommend Ajan and the hotel.

Worst "check-in" experience of my life. I arrived around 10pm. There's no indication this is a B&B. I let myself into the courtyard. Still no indication of where to go to check in. I went to the front door. No answer. I went to the side door. No answer. I eventually let myself in at the side door to find a woman cooking in the kitchen. She made no effort to assist me. I walked through the house, feeling like an intruder. I came upon another woman. She at least picked up the phone to call the host.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Ajay! Er hat auf uns gewartet als wir mitten in der Nacht vom Flughafen ankamen, hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet, uns Tipps gegeben, hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und bei Problemen sofort geholfen. Auch haben uns seine Mitarbeiter ein ‚normales‘ Frühstück gemacht, da uns das indische zu scharf war ;) Alles top, danke nochmals - fünf Sterne!!!

インド一人旅で滞在しました。 大通りから一本入ったところにあり、基本的にはとても静かで対応してくれたスタッフもとても優しかったです。 部屋もとても綺麗で、シャワーも問題なく使えました。翌日早朝に早く出ることを伝えると、朝食の準備が間に合わないからということで前日の間に食事を持たせてくれました(ローティ、スパイス、バナナ、紙パックのフルーツジュース、ヨーグルト) オーナーもとても親切で駅まで無料で車で送迎してくれました。 次にデリーに泊まる際はまた利用したいです。
