I already paid and front desk staff charged my dad again, that’s unacceptable.
Also the property is not as described in pictures.

Firstly I went and told them that I have a confirmed booking . The guy at the front desk who i think should be fired said I don’t see . When I pushed hard he called somebody and the booking appeared magically . Then he started complaining about my oci didn’t know what it was . Rooms were teeeible not even waste basket in there the towel they gave dirty linen bad the mattress was old and caused me lot of trouble sleeping . I would absolutely stay away from this property
