Clean room, although facilities are a bit run down. Staff are very friendly, and close access to the maal was very helpful. Also, it wasn't until the last day I figured out there was a entrance on the 1st floor to the mall. It might be useful if the hotel add some signs!

The Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket is in a central location and has a shopping mall connected via the 2nd floor. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. I want to call out the breakfast staff as I had a few tours arranged and they allowed me to start eating early so I didn't miss out on breakfast. They also asked the next day how the tours went which was unexpected and shows they take customer service seriously. Please pass on my thanks. I will definitely to this hotel again when travelling to New Delhi.
