Staff is very rude, ill mannered. Also they created their own local policies, which is not mentioned on the website. Due to which they asked me to cancel my booking but I was unable to do that. There was lot of noise for drilling and it was literally very annoying.

rooms is clean and tidy, location is good. staff is very helpful. there is lot's of tauts near here and do not talk them, go hotel first.

Har potential.

Blandade känslor angående detta hotell, det har potential med lite ny färg och renovering, schyssta rum och bra läge precis vid tågstation och på en tvärgata till den livliga bazargatan, samt bra pris, men det fanns en hel del att klanka ner på också. Rummet var ostädat redan när vi kom och luktade riktigt unket på toaletten, toaletten läckte dessutom. Vi hittade tomma vattenflaskor och godispapper i lådorna. Ingen form av städning på 3 dagar. Riktigt lyhört åt alla håll och det var livat fram till 2 på nätterna av personalen, eller jag vet inte ens om det var personal förresten, det hängde 5-6 unga indier där mest hela tiden och sov i lobbyn. Som grädde på moset hade vi kackerlackor också. När vi skulle ha våran gratis flygtransfer så fick vi betala 600 redan i receptionen och ytterligare 600 till chauffören sedan. Jag har bott på många lågprishotell och detta är inte ett av de bättre.

Very close to NDLS (walking distance) & Paharganj.

Decent hotel with big rooms. Cordial staff. Limited on the breakfast options but that's standard for all budget options in NCR Region.
