I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the lift was out of service throughout my stay, and my room was on the 4th floor, making it incredibly inconvenient and exhausting to go up and down multiple times a day. For a hotel of this caliber, not addressing such an essential issue promptly is unacceptable. Additionally, the breakfast service was disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised as available until 10:00 am, when I arrived at 9:30 am, most items were already gone, and staff seemed disinterested in replenishing them. It felt like a frustrating waste of time and money. The in-house restaurant was another letdown. The food was overpriced and of poor quality, and the delivery service was slow. To make matters worse, the restaurant receptionist was inattentive, leading to multiple order mix-ups during my stay. This lack of professionalism made dining a stressful and unpleasant experience. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel unless they address these significant issues. There are better options available for the price they charge.

Disappointing Experience – First and Last Visit

We chose this hotel specifically because it was listed as "dog-friendly," but during the booking process, there was no mention that bringing a small dog would cost extra. Upon arrival, we were informed that there would be an additional charge of ₹1000 per night for the dog — with absolutely no added provisions like a dog bed, bowls, or anything else. After some negotiation, they reduced the fee to ₹500 per night, but the lack of transparency was frustrating. The room we were given was spacious but unfortunately smelled bad and looked quite unclean. The bathroom had a strong sewer-like odour, making it very unpleasant to use. The sofa in the room was broken, and the seat was badly worn out on one side. Another disappointment was with the room description. While booking, it clearly mentioned that the suite comes with three single beds, but upon check-in, we were told that they simply provide an extra mattress — very misleading. The breakfast was very average — nothing great — and definitely not worth any additional cost. I'd rate it just 1 star. To top it all off, during checkout, the reception staff tried to charge us for food from a time before we had even checked in! We pointed this out and refused to pay, but still ended up being charged an extra ₹70 for something they vaguely said "might be for a water bottle." (A small water bottle itself costs around ₹30, and even a single boiled egg was ridiculously priced at ₹50.)

The only positive aspect of this property is its location. The place does not feel safe for women at all. Late at night, someone tried to open my gate—thankfully, my room was locked from the inside. When I shouted, no one responded. I tried calling reception, but the call wouldn’t connect, so I contacted the hotel directly. I was told it was probably a delivery person, which didn’t make me feel any safer. The price definitely does not match the quality of the property. I needed to extend my stay by one day due to an emergency, but they quoted a much higher rate than what was shown on Expedia. I also found small cockroaches in both the room and the bathroom. I wish I could give this property zero stars. I will never recommend this hotel.
