Everything about it was just right... a good size hotel.. not grand and pretentious but good facilities and service. An oasis of pleasant comfort in the centre of chaotic Noida.

Day 1 - room was next to busy street. I could not even close my eyes. Fridge makes so much noise - it was pathetic. Day 2 - room changes...and saga goes on..from roaches to poor service. Breakfast feels like coming out of freezer. Over all - its worst choice.

Old property. Bed side does not have power plug, cant charge mobile / laptop. Poor service, TV was not working when I checked in at night, allowed them to do it next day. No one attended to the problem. Eventually they moved me to another room at midnight, quite inconvenient to pack bags and shift to another room after a long work day. Breakfast was ok. No one informed the breakfast timings at the time of checkin.

easy access to Noida/Subway, but....

Wireless was absolutely terrible. I had to force-reconnect about every 2 minutes. Food was good, although not many choices. Very clean, very good service. I asked for a taxi to the airport a day in advance, and originally two option were offered: "600Rps for a radio cab or 1500Rps for a hotel cab." When the time came to get the cab, only the hotel cab was available and the price had risen to 2000Rps. I negotiated to 1500 + "taxes" which was 1700 total. Time to airport was ~1 hour. Convenient to the sector 16 metro station, but you had to walk through very aggressive abject poverty to get there.

Good value for the money

The hotel was clean and the amenities were as promised. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The only thing that was less than perfect were the (at least) 5 stray cats that were loose and "howling" in the hallways of the hotel. There seemed to be little effort to catch these critters and get them out of the hotel.

rooms are clean, service is great. Location is also very good but the surrounding neighborhood is not really safe for evening walks. Didn't really like the charges for internet access on hourly basis but decent. Connected to two very nice restaurants and a McDonald's.

Surprising Jewel of a hotel in Noida

I should do my best to keep the Savoy a secret. It is the 3rd hotel I have used in Noida. Savoy is a more a traditionally built and styled middle class Indian hotel. Marble floors, walls, facilties - polished cut stone everywhere you look. It is unworn and unscratched and looks nearly new to me. Bedding was very comfortable, clean, and fresh. The rooms are extra large, a more extended stay apartment arrangement with sitting room/office, kitchen, and bedroom. Spacious and very clean. The street level restaurant has a wonderful Indian luncheon buffet but there is a McDonalds on the other side if you have not yet learned to appreciate fine cuisine! Breakfast in the 2nd level lobby/bar was beautiful and flavorful. Service was excellent - low key and not in your face except when needed. Hotel is on the metro line but my street view room was noise free. Very close to our central Noida oilfield customers. Noida DHL office is less than 50 yards from the hotel.. The Doubletree, maybe 1/2 km up the road, has a mall and entertainment next door - but I now prefer the Savoy. Good food, nice room, meeting rooms - great place.

Gut gelegen und große Zimmer

Das Savoy Suites liegt im Sector 16 nur eine U/S-Bahn-Station von Sector 18 entfernt, wo sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, Malls, Restaurants befinden. Im Hotel gibt es drei Restaurants, eines davon ist ein McDonalds, das zweite ein gutes indisches und das dritte eines mit ostasiatischer Küche (China, Thailand, Vietnam etc.) Die Zimmer bestehen aus zwei Räumen mit Diele, Kochnische und Bad. Sie sind annehmbar eingerichtet und werden ordentlich geputzt. Ein Raum ist mit Sitzecke und Schreibtisch versehen, der andere mit Doppelbett und Kommode. Das Bad ist mit extragroßer Dusche ausgestattet. Insgesamt mindestens 45 qm. Ich war jetzt zweimal im Savoy Suites und werde wieder dort übernachten.

Good quality in Noida India area

Savoy Suites is a good quality hotel at a reasonable price. It's only 1 block from the metro if needed, and has a delightful, spotless rooftop pool. Room and service staff were all very helpful. [Fee based] Shuttle service from airport and around Noida area was also available. There's a great Indian and All-Asian restaurant on the main floor, and a McDonalds in the other corner of the building!

Very good value

This hotel was a very good overall value. The suites are large and well kept and the staff all seemed pleasant . A buffet breakfast was included and offered a decent selection. Noida is not exactly central but the room rates make up for it. Turn right from the front entrance and It's a short walk to the Metro station which offers inexpensive and convenient service to most parts of the Delhi. We were in suite 308 (top floor and the back end of the hotel). Our only complaint was there is a storage area above (and adjacent to) this unit and there was occasionally a lot of noise coming from that area. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.
