exceptional hotel everyone from the doorman to the housekeeper, couldn’t do enough for me. The food for the breakfast buffet was divine. Would recommend it to anyone in the middle of such a busy city.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Dechen provided great help and was always courteous and kind. Kapil was also wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the heart of New Delhi.

Horrible customer service

The stay was pleasant but the staff were very rude when we had to cut our trip short due to unforeseen circumstances and family emergency. The manager did nothing to assist with our stay or compensation for this. We had requested even a partial refund of our days remaining that were paid for and they did not assist and directed us back to where we booked. Hotels.com tried to assist but pointed us back to the hotel and said there is nothing that they can help with

Horrible experience

It was a horrible experience overall never ever again, if it’s a hotel X I can understand but nothing to do with Sheraton standards, it’s too old even plugs in the room is not working ac is not working they brought external heater, bathroom is dirty even there is no proper trash bin, you have to see and smell all the trash….. never again

I stayed at the hotel at the beginning of my trip and at the end of my trip (so two nights but not back to back). The first check-in was great, flawless. The second was not. Initially they could not find the reservation and when they finally did find it then they had several questions that were not asked the first time. The second check in they said they required two forms of ID when asked why then they changed their mind. The second time they required a higher amount to hold on credit card than the first check in. When asked why they didn’t have answer. There was lots of talking amongst themselves and check in took over 25 minutes before they handed over the room key.

Location: The hotel is located in Saket, South Delhi just next to the biggest shopping malls DLF Avenue and City Select Walk. The location is perfect for shopping, touring, and going around the very posh area Mehrauli, which isn’t too far. The area is very safe & quiet and the palm lined footpaths are very pretty. There’s also a big Costa Cafe just after Haldirams and also an ATM machine. The Hotel: Reception is very impressive with a huge centre piece containing fresh flowers is beautiful. The lobby is equally nice with good seating area and is very clean and tasteful. The staff are highly professional and very nice and look out for their guests. A special thanks to Richa who really took care of me when I fell down whilst shopping. The Rooms: The rooms are a good size, with a double bed, desk and a small table and an armchair. The bathroom is also decent in size, with a bath tub. However, despite being renovated some years ago, I feel that the rooms need to be refurbished and the carpets to be replaced. The whole set up is in dire need of modernisation. I wasn’t happy with my room, the carpet was very dirty, the room in general was dusty. However, Mr. Mukesh took exceptional care to ensure that my room was clean & tidy every day for my 10 day duration! Thanks to Mr. Mukesh, my room was made more comfortable and all of my complaints were dealt with promptly. Breakfast: Generally a good spread. However, the morning bakery section can be improved with more choice.
