This was my best stay during the 5 week trip to India in terms of staff quality, professionalism and responsiveness. Of particular note, the GM Panshikar, Dilli Restaurant Manager, Ms Wagh and the Chef Sagar were standout in terms of being responsive to my requests and dietary preferences. The breakfast staff too was very attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were clean, well appointed (special kudos to whomever decided on selection of carpet slippers -- they were the best I have ever seen), and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were really nice. I particularly liked the bottles designs (for shampoo, soap etc). Will I book again? In a heartbeat!!

The Oberoi is beautiful and its own little haven in the heart of New Delhi. Many of the sites are easy to get to so the location is also great. The food is great and the service impeccable. We did an early morning tour to Agra and they even packed us a to go breakfast for the road as we left at 5 am. Highly recommend.
