We stayed in the family room, the staff were so accommodating- really appreciated their help through the requests we had. Ground floor staff always greeted us with smiles and so much kindness. Room service was top notch, same with house keeping. Beds are comfortable and nice to sleep in.

The problem was not with my WelcomeHotel experience! My issue was eith Wrong website description, false advertisement about this hotel being luxurious! And misleading information about its location being only 3.5KM from the airport!

The first room the air conditioning was too much and the temperature controller did not work.. after 2 attempts it was finally switched off at 3 am. The room door was opening even in the locked position. The replacement room on the second night was much better and the bed was much better. Food options and variety were good but staff were challenged to service efficiently due to too many guests.
