A delightful cottage in stunning County Meath countryside. This extended Parnell cottage and is situated two miles from the picturesque village of Summerhill. Filled with natural light, the cottage has patio doors leading from the south facing kitchen to the large patio with BBQ in lovely secluded gardens. A gorgeous space for alfresco dining or just to sit in the sunshine and listen to the birds.

The property is ideally located just a 35 minute drive to Dublin City. Beautifully decorated, this property offers the peace and quiet of country living yet close to all amenities provided by the nearby towns and excellent road network. Situated close to several top golf clubs including the KClub and Kileen Castle and 45 mins from Punchestown race course and the Curragh. Only 8 mins drive from the M4, the property is ideally situated to access the west.

The appliances include a dish washer, fridge/freezer, a Miele induction hob & double electric oven, washing machine and tumble dryer with a wood burning stove in the sitting room for cosy evenings in front of the fire. This is a warm and comfortable home - an ideal place for family and close friends.
