"My group of six had an amazing time! This house is a must! It was so much better than expected! It had so many personal touches and the host was so responsive and thoughtful! You will not regret it if you stay here!"

"The place was is horrible condition. Rooms were filthy, furniture in bedroom was broken and sitting in pieces. Cardboard was covering some of the windows while sheets were used curtains. Dirty towels were on the floor in the bathroom and the sink and shower were dirty. Owner refused to answer our requests for a refund."

"My husband, mom and aunt stayed at Chet’s place to attend a family event in Irwin. This is the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at. It is well supplied, the internet is great and the beds are comfortable. We already have plans to stay again in a couple of months."

"My daughter is a student athlete at Seton Hill U and we stayed here for a few days while she recovered from ACL surgery. This home was very accommodating for our needs. All one level living with 2 full baths. Place was new and clean. Owner was responsive when needed and so nice, providing extra ice in the freezer for my daughter’s recovery. One thing to consider is that there are just the basics in the kitchen so if you plan on cooking alot during your stay, you should know that in advance....

"We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. "Stayed here for the vintage grand prix and great walking distace from schenley park. Clean, well kept. Pleasant overall. Would definitely stay again next year"
