The living and dining areas are combined into a single 40 square meter space, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV with a flat screen. This area provides direct access to the swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and toilet on the main level.
