"We arrive in Delphi after a long drive on twisty mountain roads (confession - we probably should have known Delphi was in the mountains and not on the coast). Streets are narrow and often one-way. We find the address to the Villa, knock on the door... and an old woman who speaks no English answers the door. "When we arrived with my kids we were 'downgraded' to other facility - Delphi Palace, old outdated hotel, no family room and no fireplace as promised for the facility I originally booked.
