"This property was immaculate on the inside. The screened in porch was a nice way to start the morning with coffee and a pastry. The kitchen had everything we needed. The towels and linens were thirsty and soft, respectively. The outdoor fire pit was a necessity we needed for our party to share time together around the fire. Chairs were provided and some wood. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Sharon was very responsive to us and so polite. Awesome property."

"Our experience with the Key-Lime resort was great!!! My family and myself really enjoyed our stay. We down the street from the Amusement park and close the KOA camp grounds where our family members stay. Very cozy spot, no disturbance at all the host was available when needed. We immediately booked this RV because of its location and because it would be our first time staying in one. Everything was perfect-great communication, cleanliness of property, the area is quiet, water is warm but it is well-so plan accordingly. We loved out stay and really loved Monticello. "

"This unit is in the BEST location to access the older town on foot! You’re within blocks of coffee, food, and shopping. We enjoyed our stay here. The only thing is don’t neglect to use lights at night because there are multilevel floors in the bedroom area and if you forget in the dark, you will know it! It was a great unit for a weekend trip."
