The room was very nice. The view was spectacular. The staff were friendly and we had a nice chat with the bartender. Great location. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the hotel also had 7 tour buses come in after us full of teenagers. We could hear them in the hallways late at night ...

I wouldn’t say the individual at the check in was particularly kind or pleasant but I imagine she hears a lot of complaints each day with accessing the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. I wanted to flag that you should also have the coffee maker and the espresso machine cleaned. They were quite dirty, so I didn't end up using them. Everything else and all the other touches were very nice. We really liked the drink you left for us.

Great ancient site to explore on foot. Not to miss the ancient mountain spring water fountain that is still operating today. The fountain is next to the Castalia Source on the main road.
