PRIVATE BACKYARD

The backyard is one of our favorite parts of the entire property. Walk past the custom mural, down the wooden path to our beautifully lit living space of the backyard. The octagon deck has 8 coral and turquoise Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. Enjoy an evening cocktail or an early morning cup of coffee with your puppy, in front of the wonderful fire pit. The backyard also features:

✔ Fully Fenced in backyard for your furry friends or children to play safely and roam
✔ BBQ and Grill: Perfect for those evening sunsets
✔ Outdoor Lounge area with Fire Pit

✔ Large deck for early morning yoga

The backyard also features a custom mural done by a famous local artist from Miami. The airbrush mural features a monkey, lizard and a flamingo which the kids really seem to enjoy when playing in the fenced in backyard. Be sure to look around as there are nostalgic toys hiding in and around the trees.


LIVING AND DINING ROOM

The spacious and grand living/dining space is large enough for a group of 8 friends, large family, or business travelers on the road. The sectional sofa is extremely comfortable with extra blankets available if you like to cozy up on the couch with loved ones. The dining space is quite expansive and a great setting to host a large dinner. The living and dining space also features:

✔ Large mid-century modern sectional sofa for large gatherings
✔ Smart TV: Play Netflix, Hulu or download any of your favorite apps

All four bedrooms are located off the hallway and feature plenty of space to accommodate large groups.

Both full bathrooms are located off the hallway.

✔ The large tubs are great for nice long bubble baths for the kids
✔ Oversized vanities and large mirrors. Large dedicated space for getting ready for a night out in downtown Delray
✔ All bathrooms are cleaned to the highest standard possible following CDC Covid-19 Protocol.

WASHER AND DRYER- Washer and Dryer is available on site for your use

PRIVACY AND ACCESS
You will have full use of the entire property including the fully renovated backyard with a firepit and grill, entirely renovated house including full kitchen, washer and dryer, four bedrooms, two full baths, living room and dining room. There is high-speed Wi-Fi available and a desk/workspace for your convenience.

FUN PERKS OF DELRAY BEACH
Walk to the shops, restaurants and bars, or take the free electric golf carts with the “freebee” app provided by the city. Just a few blocks from the Delray Beach tennis center!
