Recently renovated 3 bedrooms 2 baths, separate Family room, and Living Room. This rental vacation home has it all that you're looking for to get away. Centrally located just minutes from the Beach, Downtown Delray, fine dining & shopping, and much more! Perfect place for a family vacation. Nice garden and the backyard is completely fenced, paved with two patio set with cooler. Due to COVID19, we're taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations and follow all procedures recommended by VRBO, and the CDC.

This house is located in a terrible neighborhood. There were abandoned cars, trashed lots, vacant and broken down homes. I feared for my safety simply driving through the neighborhood and did not have any confidence in the security of the home: no alarm, no window security, no advanced measures. I did not stay here at all and booked a hotel instead. This listing should be removed or given a safety warning to any future renters.

Three night stay.
The owner was terrific. We had some issues with the booking (my mistake) and he took care of everything for us. He’s a very honest and helpful person. I’d highly recommend the owner. The house comfortably accommodated our six person group. The beds were all very comfortable. The appliances are all fairly new. The interior was clean and updated.

Beautiful, roomy home
Wonderful property in every way and owner was amazingly responsive and helpful throughout. Trips to the beach or to Atlantic Ave (the main strip) require an uber unless you are ok with a 20 minute plus walk each time you head out. Best bet is to have a car rental but then you have to deal with parking...

Gentrifying Area Great Location
Other than a few non-working items, none of which were important enuf to remedy while we were there, the house was neat and clean and well cared for. Unfortunately, the Town of Delray chose our stay to approve the install of a generator and propane tanks. Owner provided compensation for the inconvenience. Owner was very responsive throughout our stay.
